Having far too much time on my hands and also finding myself having to make a birthday card and a mothers day card I came up with the following creations. Be warned I'm mad about stamping candles so you'll probably see lots of that appearing on here lol.
Hope you like it.

Easter Bonnet Fun!
Scott to hotty had to make an easter bonnet for school. School sent the template for it and he had to decorate it, he had lots of fun stamping candyfloss and marshmallow and their little friends!
He used promarkers to colour in his chosen stamps, and chose the basket weave backing paper from crafters campanion. He had a little help with the stamping and picking the colours to use and a little help with some of the trickier aspects of cutting out. I'm very proud of him.

Made using LOTV easter stamp, Pink Petticoat papers and coloured with promarkers. Hope you like it.
I edged the stamped image with worn lipstick distress ink and added some paper roses.

Due to popular demand
Well I say popular what I mean is 2 people. What? that is popular for me lol. These are the cards I made in 10 mins. Very simple as you can see but are great little cards for a unexpected/forgotten birthday or just to let someone know that you are thinking about them. I love those type of cards, it can make someone smile and let them know they are not alone as they may think. They cost about 5p to make how great is that!
Here's another great card I made this was to say thank you to the girls at work who sent me some lovely flowers when I first became poorly with my shoulder.
AS you can see it's a triple easel card made from A4 card folded in half lenght ways then on one half of the card cut four inches from either end. diagonal fold the two end pieces and half fold the middle, add toppers and sentiments of your choice. Simples! I've also entered this card to crazy 4 challenges
Soon to come Easter cards made by the terrorpin himself Scotty too hotty!

All things crafty
Well went to Harrogate on Saturday to the craft fair that was there, never been before. Thank you to Jackie,Sue and Cherie who walked my feet off, I'm now a foot shorter, which wouldn't be a problem for most people but when you're only five foot to begin with......
Anyhoo brought a kit while I was there, of course that wasn't the only thing I brought in fact I resembled a bag lady trying to drag my hoard back onto the coach! lol Now yesterday I made 4 small square cards in less than ten minutes from the kit. That's the fastest I've ever made any cards. My fingers were going like humming birds wings let me tell you. I'm now a serious contender for the 2012 Olympics in the speed card making category. The British coach is popping in to see me Wednesday to time me so wish me luck ;-)
